Paislee has wanted to swim with the dolphins for years now. She wasn't old enough or tall enough but she saved her money for 3 years and waited patiently.
So finally this trip was her time to get to swim with dolphins. Since she was tall enough but not old enough, we had to call Seaworld and get special permission for her to swim with the dolphins. She was so excited when the trainer said she could do it, she wants to be a dolphin trainer!
She seriously smiled from ear to ear the ENTIRE time. She got to call dolphin calls like the trainer, she got to feed them, they splashed her in the face and her very favorite part, she got to ride on Dottie the dolphin.
Watching her swim across that pool on Dottie dolphin brought tears to my eyes.
She wanted to swim with the dolphins and worked so hard to earn the money so she could make her dream come true!
Chad and I were so proud of her. Swimming with the dolphins meant enough to her that she saved her money for 3 years because it was important and something she dreamed about doing. She told us that it was worth all her money she saved and all the time she had to wait patiently.
Seaworld is one of our favorite places and is a very close second to Disneyland.
I mean who doesn't love Shamu.
But Prescott was very naughty most of the day, well until Grandma Huntsman bought him a Shamu bubble gun. Then he was in heaven watching and making bubbles the rest of the day. Best money spent the entire day and totally wish we would have bought it earlier!
