Paislee's foot after almost two days of doing R.I.C.E.
The boot that she couldn't even walk in yet!
Decided to try the H.E.M system because her
foot wasn't looking any better. That night she
could put a little pressure on her foot.
Day 2 on H.E.M. the swelling was gone
and she could walk a little bit.
Working on the bruising now and starting her stretches.
Her foot today, AMAZING right! She saw the doctor yesterday and
he couldn't believe how great it looks and she gets to take
the boot off tomorrow! She can walk with little pain and got
to start the therapy and exercises.
