FUN TIMES!

This past week was crazy busy with fun activities. We started with Miles 1st birthday party, I can't believe Buddy is already 1. He is the cutest stinkin' kid around and can melt your heart with his high pitch "Hi!" He wasn't loving all the attention at the birthday party and he hated the fact he couldn't just run around. When Les put him in his highchair for his cake he had a complete meltdown. However, the second she handed him the cake, the tears stopped and Buddy ate the entire piece and then started licking the plate. It was so dang cute! So during the night the girls and their friends had been practicing a performance in honor of Buddy's birthday. The three girls practice and perform a dance/song everytime they are together, they make me laugh. (It brings back memories of the good old days when my cousin and I would make up dances to perform.) Here is the video of the dance for Buddy's birthday.

The next night we got to celebrate Nathan's birthday at Classic Skating. Nate is 100% boy but he has such sweet side. He would ride his scooter slow next to Paislee because she couldn't keep up with all the bigger kids. After pizza the kids all headed over to the bounce houses which was awesome this time because I didn't have to help Paislee at all. Pais even climbed up Everest, which is the biggest bounce house they have. I told her it was the only one I didn't want her to do because it was hard. Well, I should know being Paislee's mom now going on 4 years that is not what you say to her. So off she ran to Everest to prove to me she could do it, and she was the smallest one climbing it! She has no fear and is such a dare devil just like her Daddy! We ended the night with Grandpa buying all the kids cotton candy, which ended up all over my messy kids face.So yesterday we took the kids to see the penguin exhibit at the aquarium. Kayson and Miles were hilarious to watch. They got so excited and would squeal at every tank. The girls loved the penguins and would point out the "cute" penguins. How they determined a "cute" penguin was beyond all of us!
