BIRDHOUSE PROJECT!

So Paislee went to Home Depot Saturday to do a project with Daddy. It was so much fun and she loved every minute of it. They give the kids a cute orange Home Depot work apron and then let them choose a project to do. Paislee decided to build a birdie house for her birdie friends. She wanted to do the project all herself because she is a big girl now.So Chad would hammer the nails in and then Paislee would finish them off. She was so excited about her birdhouse and had so much fun building it that she asked to do another project right after she finished with her birdhouse. After we were done Daddy went to work and then Paislee and I came home and painted the birdhouse. She was bound and determined to have a blue birdhouse. However I was so happy that I was able to convince her that birds like purple better than blue because I was out of blue paint. Paislee totally agreed that since purple is the birds favorite color it would be the best color for the birdhouse. Her birdhouse is so dang cute and Paislee can't wait for the birds to come to the purple birdhouse.Paislee birdhouse completion certificate, way to go baby girl!!!
