MALL PERFORMANCE

The day of Paislee's field trip she also had tumbling after school for an 1 1/2 hours and then a mall performance for dance. She was not acting herself when we got to the mall, she looked like she was going to fall asleep sitting with her team. It had been a long day and it was starting to show. I felt so bad for her but there was nothing I could do. She did a great job on her team dance but forgot some of her solo. I was videoing her and was on the opposite side, Aubree wasn't there so she was on her own. I didn't even worry because she has never forgotten her solo before. I stopped videoing and tired to yell and do the moves for her but she couldn't see me. She came running right to me in the audience when she was done. It broke my heart because she started to cry and was was so upset. When we got in the car, I started to tell her that she did great and it was okay, no big deal but she didn't respond.

You had a very long day baby girl and don't worry because we all forget things and we all make mistakes Paislee, you're just fine and I thought you did amazing!
