So Prescott has a limited and very strict diet because of his EE. He gets to try one food at a time for 3 weeks to see if his system can handle it. So when we figured out he could handle sweet potatoes, I got some fresh ones for him. I then grabbed my camera to capture his reaction to his first time trying a textured food. It was priceless, these are my some of my absolute favorite pictures of him. They make me laugh so hard because his reaction was so funny.
