MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

Every memorial we go with my family and extended family on a little getaway. This year we decided to go to Vegas, I mean who doesn't love Vegas Baby!

The first day was kinda cold and windy, so we headed on down to the strip. We let the kids take pictures with the characters, monkey's, snakes and all the crazy things you see on the strip. The characters were really cute until we could see Hello Kitty's nasty hairy arms, gross!
We also went to the M&M Factory which was tons of fun. The kids all got some yummy M&M's and a cute souvenir.
We then went to the Coke Factory and tasted pop from all around the world. Most of the pop flavors were horrible, some were so bad that the boys dared each other to drink the whole cup. Uncle Chaddy and Chad only drank one cup but Uncle Kyle drank 3 cups, yuck!
We also did some shopping and the kids rode some rides. Prescott LOVED the carousal, he just laughed and smiled the entire time.
When we went back to the room Grandma Huntsman bought some popsicles and let the kids all eat as many as they wanted. Paislee said this was her favorite part of the trip, go figure lol!
The next day we spent relaxing and swimming in the pool.
The pool also had a beach area with sand for the kids to play in. Prescott, had a blast picking up the sand and letting it fall through his cute little fingers.
They also had a fun DJ rocking tunes and playing games. They had a hula hoop contest and even Grandpa Huntsman tried to shake it to win. I was really disappointed with my own hula hooping skills, I totally sucked!
Prescott loved every minute out in the sun and swimming in the pool, he couldn't have smiled any bigger. Well, that is until he got tired and then it was over!
On the way home we stopped at the Scipio petting zoo. Paislee's cousin's Grandparents live in Scipio so they had told her all about the new petting zoo. So she couldn't wait to go check it out.
They even had a zebra which was so cool to see because Paislee had just done her book report on zebra's.
