PRESCOTT'S DINNER:So my extended family will throw a shower for your first baby but we all still want to celebrate other little babies in the family. So for Prescott's dinner we went to Olive Garden. My mom, sister in laws, aunts and cousins all brought gifts for our sweet new addition to our family. This was Chad's favorite gift:Then this was my favorite gift:I know this is not the normal baby afghan but this is Prescott's blessing blanket my mom made. I don't love the white tuxes for blessing little boys. So we got a black and white tux and I wanted his blessing blanket to match. It was exactly what I wanted and I love it!Chad and I are so lucky to have such amazing and supportive families on both sides. His family brought Prescott newborn clothes to the hospital which was awesome because we had nothing for him since we didn't know what we were having. Then my family gave us all the stuff on the couch. I know right it is a TON of stuff, like I said we are very blessed.
CRAZY SLEEPER: So the other night we heard a loud bang in Paislee's room. When Chad went to investigate this was what he found.Paislee was not in her bed, where is she?Oh there she is lol! I guess she feel out of her bed and then got lost getting back into it. At least the toy chest had big comfortable pillows on it. But we didn't want her to fall again so Chad moved her back in her bed. Then I had to show her the picture the next day because she didn't believe me that she was sleeping on her toy chest.
PAISLEE'S SPOTLIGHT DAY: Paislee had her special spotlight in kindergarten yesterday. She was super excited because she got to be the line leader all day. The things that excite the little ones, I love it!She got to take a treat for her friends and make a special all about me poster. Then I got to come into her class and tell her friends all about her and play a fun game about the things Paislee loves with them.
