4TH OF JULY FUN!

So you would think I would be caught up being on bedrest and all lol! This is the first year we haven't gone to the cabin for the 4th of July. Chad had to work, so it didn't fit into the plans this year. But we decided we didn't want it to ruin our July 4th fun! So we went with our neighbors to Riverton Days. The kids rode rides, we ate junk food and then came home and did our firepit on the driveway. It was kinda whitetrash but all the neighbors came over for some smores and we all had a blast.The next day we had a red, white and blue BBQ at my parents house. After the BBQ we let the kids do snaps, sparklers and watch some fireworks.On the 4th we headed over to the Sandy Days with my extended family. My cousin is a motorcycle cop and rode in the parade. The parade was great, they not only threw lots of candy they also threw prizes. Paislee got a tee shirt, chicken nuggets, a Chic-Fil-A cow and a free kids meal to Texas Roadhouse. After the parade we walked the tents, got a treat and went back to watch the fireworks. It wasn't the 4th of July traditions we usually do but we had a great time and Paislee had tons of fun!
