I still can't believe 3 years have come and gone and now this cute little boy is all grown up and ready to go to Preschool. He didn't care at all what he wore to school but thank goodness Grandpa & Grandma Huntsman got him his beloved Cars "packpack" for preschool.
It just seems like yesterday that Paislee was getting ready to head off to preschool. However, Prescott has had a very ROUGH time adjusting to going to preschool unlike Paislee. He has been super naughty and has tested all the parenting skills and patience Chad and I have. He is the tallest kid in this class and is the youngest by several months which makes a huge difference. I know that makes it so hard because he is so young but because he is taller he looks like he should act older than he is. We have to keep reminding ourselves that he is VERY young and it will get better. He has no toys right now and is grounded from everything, so it has to get better right? Thank goodness my dear friend Miss Leslie is his teacher and she is working with him and will love my naughty little boy to pieces no matter what.
The school hero brought Prescott some sausage for his 1st day of preschool breakfast. Then the backpack hero put a special gift his backpack. Prescott was so excited when he opened the Cars school supplies.
The only thing that keeps me from crying knowing I'm sending my baby off to preschool, is knowing I get to be there teaching during his preschool journey. It's the best of both worlds for me; I get to stay at home and also get a small break by getting out of the house to teach. I love that I have been able to do this with both of my kids!
